Each Toy Box comes with four educational quality toys. We often call children in the age of 0-5 as their ‘golden years’ of learning. With that in mind, we have designed toy boxes focused on different learning areas each month to give your child a holistic learning experience through play.

HAPPY BABY

0-6 months

Our 0-6 month newborn line toy boxes offers you the authentic Montessori Baby Gym for the consecutive months of your rental, and every month you will receive a different hanging mobile/accessory to hang on the baby gym, carefully curated to keep your little one stimulated. To celebrate your family's new addition, you will receive a special welcome gift along with your newborn line toy box subscription.

HAPPY SPROUT

6-12 months

In the first year your baby is learning about the world around them and is absorbing everything like a sponge. As your baby explores his or her senses and tackles new milestones every month, it is important to give a holistic play experience. Let us help your baby learn through play, where they can explore language, fine and gross motor skills, and the early stages of cognition.

HAPPY SEEDLING

12-18 months

The brain, senses, and muscles are all connected. Dr. Maria Montessori argued that learning is interconnected, so that's what play should look like. During the toddler period, your child is waddling around and is curious about the world. With our Happy Seedling series, we have curated a holistic collection of eco-friendly, high-quality toys to grow with your child.

HAPPY SAPLING

18-24 months

As mothers ourselves, we have witnessed that play can be educational, and learning can be fun. Toddlerhood is a challenging year with so many developmental changes and milestones. The Happy Sapling Toy Box series is designed to keep your children's curious minds stimulated and their busy hands occupied, all while developing and growing their vocabulary.

HAPPY ROOT

2-3 years

The twos are not terrible when they get to learn through play! Explore the Happy Root series for a play experience packed with fun and educational toys to improve their cognitive skills and increase their attention span to play independently.

HAPPY TREE

3+ years

The Happy Tree toy box series is perfect for children who need something fun to focus on to train their attention span, even without electronics! This series includes toys for the continued development in areas such as language and numeracy, STEM, fine and gross motor skills, and emotional awareness.

FAQs

We save you time and trouble and select the most age appropriate toy box and toys for your child’s development. That’s why it’s important to complete your child’s development survey which is sent to you via email when you sign up.

The borrowing period is 4 weeks. However, you can play with the toys as long as you like until your child is ready to swap for their new toy box. Just let our customer support team know.

You are more than welcome to extend your borrowing period for 4 weeks. Just let us know before your rental period ends.

We know that can happen when a child really finds a toy they love. You can purchase the toy for a discounted retail price so your little one can treasure it at home. Simply let our customer support team know which toy you would like to buy and we’ll get this sorted.

You will get a reminder to have your toys ready for return and swap for a new box! Please have them ready for collection in their original toy bags and box. Our team will pick up and swap the box on the specified date.

Regular deliveries and toy pickups are scheduled once a week for every district. Under normal circumstances, your toy box will be delivered on Thursday (for customers living in Kowloon, Sai Kung, Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, Tung Chung Town Centre) Friday (for customers living on Hong Kong Island) Saturday (for customers living in other parts of the New Territories)

Free delivery to Hong Kong, Kowloon and some parts of the New Territories*.

If you live in an apartment without lift access, a “no lift access” surcharge of HK$50 per floor is applicable.

Saturday: New Territories (Tuen Mun, Tin Shui Wai, Yuen Long, Sheung Shui, Fanling, Tai Po, Shatin)

*Free shipping is available for orders above $600 (only applicable to all items delivered together on the same day) and for deliveries to Hong Kong, Kowloon and certain parts of the New Territories only – reachable by car.

*Orders to Outlying Islands (Cheung Chau, Lamma Island, Lantau Island, Peng Chau) will be delivered and returned via SF Express Cash on Delivery. Happy Baton HK will only cover the cost of return.

If you have lost or misplaced any pieces, there is a small charge for each missing piece which in most cases would be $50 depending on the nature of the missing piece. The fee is fully refundable if you later find and return the missing piece.

Nope! You are welcome to select and rent any equipment without signing up to our toy boxes.
